Conditions according to price lists:

STANDARD RATE

  • If you want to cancel your booking, you can do so free of charge up to 4 days before arriving at the destination.
  • FLEXI Half Board option: free breakfast plus choice between lunch or dinner menu. If you don’t make it to lunch or dinner, use €25 daily credit per person in the restaurant or in the bars whenever it suits you.
  • 25€ daily credit allows rollover of unspent funds to the next day.
  • Credit card is required as a guarantee for your reservation.
  • In the case of a guest no-show without prior cancellation, your card will be charged in the full amount of the reservation.
  • Within the cancellation period, we may charge your credit card in the amount of your first night's stay for each accommodation unit.
  • For cancellation after the cancellation period, the amount charged to your card will not be refunded. 
  • We reserve the right to change prices if, after the Reservation Agreement has been concluded, there is a change in the cumulative index of the monthly inflation rate of more than 110 compared to September 2023, calculated according to EUROSTAT. We can implement a price adjustment at the latest one month before the date of arrival, regarding which we will inform you by e-mail or in another suitable way. You are then required to inform us within eight (8) days whether you accept the new calculation of the price of the services or reject it; the latter will mean that the Reservation Agreement is considered terminated without any obligations for you. In the event of termination of the Agreement, we are limited to refunding a maximum of the amount of the advance payment received on the basis of the Reservation Agreement. Valid from 01/01/2023.

ADVANCE PURCHASE RATE

  • All Advance Purchase Rate prices lists are already reduced up to 25 % compared to the standard price lists.
  • The reservation cannot be modified or canceled.
  • The full amount will be charged within seven days of the booking. 

Conditions according to price lists - Austria:

STANDARD RATE

  • Free of charge cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival .
  • FLEXI Half Board option: free breakfast plus choice between lunch or dinner menu. If you don’t make it to lunch or dinner, use 30€ daily credit per person in the restaurant or in the bars whenever it suits you.
  • 30€ daily credit allows rollover of unspent funds to the next day.
  • Free parking in the garage .
  • A credit card is required as confirmation of your stay.
  • During the cancellation period, we may charge up to 70% of the reservation amount to your credit card. For cancellation after the cancellation period, the amount charged to your card will not be refunded.
  • Tourist tax is not included in the price. Tourist tax is 2,45€. Registration number according to the Overnight Accommodation Tax Act: 50422-023853-2023.

ADVANCE PURCHASE RATE

  • Advance Purchase Rate prices lists are already reduced by 5 up to 10% compared to the standard price lists.
  • FLEXI Half Board option: free breakfast plus choice between lunch or dinner menu. If you don’t make it to lunch or dinner, use 30€ daily credit per person in the restaurant or in the bars whenever it suits you.
  • 30€ daily credit allows rollover of unspent funds to the next day.
  • Free parking in the garage .

House rules

By booking accommodation and staying at our facility, you undertake to obey these house rules and related provisions.

  1. All well-mannered and polite guests, who treat others with respect, are welcome to our facilities.
  2. Carefully use all devices and installations in the facility.
  3. Please keep your valuables, money, and documents in the in-room safe or at the reception desk. The hotel and apartment management is not liable for lost or stolen valuables not stored in the in-room safe.
  4. Visitors are allowed only if approved by the reception desk staff and if they have registered with their ID card.
  5. Do not bring flammable or explosive materials or substances with strong or unpleasant smells inside the facility.
  6. You may use all hotel amenities. However, if you damage or destroy anything, we will charge the expense to your bill.
  7. Local voltage is 220 V. We kindly ask you to adjust all your electrical appliances (razors, hair dryers, phone chargers) to that standard. The use of other own devices is not allowed without the approval of the reception desk staff. Please make sure to always unplug your devices and chargers form the electric socket if they are not under supervision to prevent the risk of fire.
  8. For the sake of other guests, please refrain from making excess noise in your room, especially when using the television or audio system.
  9. Children under 10 years of age may use the lifts only if accompanied by an adult.
  10. Only certain Valamar facilities allow pets. The guests staying with pets must accept and respect the house rules for pets (https://www.valamar.com/CmsMedia/V3/wow/guide/wow-wow-kucni-red-en.pdf).
  11. For safety reasons and to save energy, please lock your balcony door and entry door whenever you leave your room.
  12. The adults accompanying minors are fully liable for any damage that might be incurred by the minors to any person or property within the facility. The parents or other escorting adults are responsible for the conduct of the minors they accompany and must ensure that they respect the peace and quiet on the premises.
  13. Check in is from 2:00 pm on. Check out is before 10:00 am and by then you must leave your room and return the contactless card or key to the reception desk staff. If there is a luggage storage room at the facility, you can store your luggage there until departure.
  14. Some restaurants have a dress code policy. For the comfort of all guests, please do not enter the restaurants in bathing suits, shorts, or torn or inappropriate clothing.
  15. Please bear in mind that, for health and safety reasons, children (depending on their age) are not allowed to use or have limited access to some amenities of wellness and fitness centres if these are available at the facility. You may read more about limitations in the house rules of the relevant centres or turn to the wellness or fitness centre staff.
  16. E-scooter drivers must use the cycle paths or tracks in the marked direction. Exceptionally, if there are no cycle paths or tracks, they may use the pedestrian zones and sidewalks, but are not allowed to exceed the walking speed.
  17. It is forbidden to use drones within the facility without prior approval from the facility management.
  18. It is forbidden to display symbols that promote racist ideologies and/or totalitarian regimes or behave in a way to disturb other guests and/or the staff. We reserve the right to cancel accommodation services to anyone who disrespects this rule.
  19. We reserve the right to cancel and/or deny our services to any guest who violates positive regulations and house rules, and/or behaves in an inappropriate or a disruptive manner.
